FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that some management changes are afoot at MT4 / MT5 broker technology solutions provider Your Bourse, which will see company co-founder Elina Pedersen take over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Elina’s day-to-day role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Your Bourse will shift to Kate Rutkovskaya, currently Head of Business Development.

We expect the company to make a formal announcement shortly.

Elina Pedersen co-founded Your Bourse a decade ago alongside former co-founder and owner of Retail FX and CFDs brokerage Alpari Group, Andrey Vedikhin, who is the majority owner of Your Bourse. Andrey Vedikhin has served as CEO of Your Bourse since its founding, while Elina Pedersen has served as CRO. Andrey Vedikhin will stay on with the company as Chairman of the Board.

Kate Rutkovskaya rejoined Your Bourse late last year, as was also exclusively reported at the time here at FNG, to head Business Development. Kate Rutkovskaya served as COO of Your Bourse from 2020-2022, after first joining the company in 2019 as Business Development Manager. She had also previously served as VP Business Development at Estonia based Retail FX and CFDs broker Admirals (2014-2016).

The changes also follow the recent departure of Your Bourse’s Head of Marketing, Diana Ilchuk.
