FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that leading global online brokerage group ATFX has hired Abha Velayutham, as Sales Director in Cambodia.

This marks the first senior hire for ATFX in Cambodia, after the company earlier this year secured its license from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), with plans to expand in the country.

Abha Velayutham joins ATFX after working the past two years as Senior Global Markets Dealer in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for Malaysian banking firm Maybank. He has also previously worked at Citi.

ATFX is a leading global fintech broker with a local presence in 24 locations and holds 9 licenses from regulatory authorities, including the UK’s FCA, Australia’s ASIC, Cyprus’ CySEC, the UAE’s SCA, Hong Kong’s SFC, South Africa’s FSCA, Mauritius’ FSC, Seychelles’ FSA, and Cambodia’s SERC.
