FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFD broker ATFX’s longtime MENA based Head Of Market Research, Ramy Abouzaid, has left the company.

Ramy Abouzaid had been with ATFX for more than five years. In addition to his daily market commentary writings Ramy was a frequent guest on business TV shows in the MENA region, and a speaker at trader events.

The move comes several weeks after ATFX’s UK unit hired Swissquote executive Gonzalo Canete as its new Chief Market Strategist.

Ramy posted the following note on social media regarding his departure from ATFX.

Time to turn the page! After five incredible years at ATFX, I’m saying my goodbyes today. It’s been an amazing journey filled with growth, challenges, and lifelong friendships.

I’m excited to dive into new adventures!
