FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Estonia based Retail FX and CFDs broker Admirals has hired experienced industry executive Matteo Paganini, as the company’s new Regional Revenue Officer for Europe.

Matteo Paganini co-founded one of the first Italian FX brokers, Salex S.p.A., where he served as the managing partner from 2004 to 2009. Following this, he co-founded and managed the Italian branch of FXCM from 2009 to 2019. Concurrently, Matteo acted as the Chief Analyst at FXCM’s DailyFX. In 2019, he joined Pepperstone as the Managing Director for Italy and Spain, working mainly out of Cyprus.

Admirals is a very Euro-centric broker, with 87% of trading revenue originating from EU based clients in 2022 (with that figure actually up from 85% in 2021). The Admirals Group is controlled by the company’s Chairman, Estonian businessman Alexander Tsikhilov.
