FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Christian Frahm’s online trading and banking technology startup United Fintech has added two senior sales people to its ranks, hiring Joshua Green and Emilia Meredith from Bloomberg LP.

Joshua Green had spent the past four years at Bloomberg in London, engaged mainly in Sales & Account Management within Bloomberg’s core and ancillary product suite to domestic and international firms in the UK and Ireland. He joins United Fintech as Senior Sales Manager, UK & Ireland.

Emilia Meredith (pictured above) was an account relationship manager at Bloomberg in London for the past two and a half years. She joins United Fintech as Sales Manager.

Both Joshua and Emilia will report to Tom Robinson, UF partner and Head of Sales.

United Fintech has said that it plans to acquire and scale a range of pioneering small to medium-sized engineering-led fintech companies, all with a proven capital markets product; and to partner with banks and financial institutions to help them to access and onboard these innovative digital technologies. The company’s first acquisition was Denmark based market data and charting company NetDania.

The firm plans a series of strategic acquisitions to enhance all aspects of banks and financial institutions’ operations, and will work in partnership with the founders of each acquired fintech to optimise their businesses. United Fintech’s portfolio will include an extensive range of products from trading platforms, liquidity management and regulatory reporting tools through to AI and machine learning applications, Big Data tools, institutional Blockchain, Bots and Virtual Assistants.

United Fintech is headquartered in London, and is the brainchild of longtime CFH Group CEO Christian Frahm.
