SIX welcomes Swiss Prime Site Solutions as new fund provider
SIX today welcomes Swiss Prime Site Solutions as a new real estate fund provider.
With today’s listing at SIX Swiss Exchange, the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (IFC) expands the range of real estate funds available on the Swiss stock exchange.
The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (IFC) invests directly in commercial properties across Switzerland, with a focus on broad diversification, high cash flow stability and economically established locations. Asset allocation is primarily focused on office, commercial, retail and light industrial usage types. Introduced on 17 December 2021, the fund currently manages around CHF 500 million in assets and aims to deliver an attractive, sustainable dividend. The investment vehicle is open to private investors and institutional clients.
Swiss Prime Site Solutions is the third new real estate fund issuer joining SIX Swiss Exchange in 2025. In the past eleven months of current year the on-book trading turnover in investment funds amounted to CHF 7.8 billion and with this +19.6% compared to the same period of the previous year. Over 433,000 transactions were carried out in this segment during this period and with this 45% more transactions than in the same period of the previous year.
