Nasdaq to implement Fat Finger check enhancements

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Nasdaq BX, and Nasdaq PSX will introduce the ability to optionally enable the Fat Finger check for ISO orders and Auction orders.

Currently, ISO orders are included by default and Auction orders are excluded by default.

This functionality will be rolled out on an exchange-by-exchange basis as follows:

PSX: November 19th
BX: January 2025 (exact date to be announced)
Nasdaq: January 2025 (exact date to be announced)

The release of this functionality on PSX will initially be via the EQRC API only and will be available in the WorkX UI in January 2025.

Testing is currently available in the Nasdaq Testing Facility (NTF).
