Effective trade date May 3, 2025, Cboe Futures Exchange, LLC (CFE) server equipment will be rebuilt in a new location within the NY5 data center using new server and network hardware.

Once completed, this changeover is expected to provide improved performance for all CFE Trading Privilege Holders (TPHs). No user changes are necessary to support these upgrades.

Network infrastructure, including some switch models and internal uplink bandwidth, will be upgraded.

Matching Engines, Order Handlers, and Market Data Systems will be upgraded to newer generation hardware with substantially improved performance.

The runs of fiber from TPH access switches to the new location of the CFE server equipment in the NY5 data center will be lengthened in order to account for the new location of this equipment.

The CFE production environment will be available for user testing on April 12, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. CT to 11:00 a.m. CT.
