FNG Exclusive… Further to our exclusive report from back in March that Ben Bilski, co-founder and former CEO of social trading focused online broker NAGA Group, was getting set to launch a new brand in the crypto trading space, FNG has learned that the new venture has now exited stealth mode, and is called True Trading.

True Trading’s website (at true.trading) describes the company as providing the world’s first “trainable” AI DeFi Trading Platform. With an “Ask. Trade. Copy. Invest” tagline, True Trading lets you trade perpetuals, copy top performers, or earn yield through on-chain strategies. True Trading users interact with smart contracts at the time of trade execution, and funds are never held by the platform – that means no custody risk, full transparency.

All liquidity on True Trading is sourced from public vaults and tracked on-chain, with True Trading built on its own Layer 2 protocol, powered by Solana. You can see where funds are coming from, how they’re deployed, and how risks are being managed.

The “fine print” on the True Trading website reveals that True Trading Corp (which formally owns the true.trading website) is a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, although we understand that Mr. Bilski is now operating out of Dubai. True Trading is described as a decentralized trading infrastructure that supports on-chain perpetual contracts and copy trading functionality. The company doesn’t offer or facilitate trading in any regulated securities, nor does it act as a broker, custodian, or financial intermediary.
