As of March 26, 2023, there will be some changes to the services offered by the eToro Money crypto wallet.

The crypto token conversion service will no longer be available. This means that eToro Money crypto wallet holders will no longer be able to convert any cryptoassets that they hold on the Wallet to other cryptoassets.

Also as of March 26, 2023, the following eToro crypto tokens will no longer be supported on the eToro Money Crypto Wallet:

• AUDX
• CADX
• CHFX
• CNYX
• EURX
• GBPX
• GLDX
• HKDX
• JPYX
• NZDX
• PLNX
• RUBX
• SGDX
• SLVX
• TRYX
• USDEX
• ZARX

If you currently hold any of the above tokens in your eToro Money Crypto Wallet, you can convert them to one of the Wallet’s supported cryptoassets. If you have not converted the tokens by 23:59 GMT on March 25, 2023, you will automatically be reimbursed the USD value of your eToro crypto tokens at the rate available to eToro at the time of closure, directly into your eToro investment account, within seven business days.

Please note that any such reimbursement is executed on a goodwill basis, and not due to any legal or regulatory obligation.

To avoid any inconveniences, eToro recommends that traders manage their assets in advance. If you hold the above-mentioned tokens in a location other than the eToro Money Crypto Wallet, you can send them back to the Wallet and convert them to one of the Wallet’s supported cryptoassets by 23:59 GMT on March 25, 2023.
