Exness May 2021 trading volumes down 7% MoM to $778B
Client trading activity at global Retail FX and CFDs broker Exness cooled off somewhat in May 2021 after a very hot start to the year. Overall, client trading volumes at Exness totaled $778.3 billion in May, down 7% from April’s $841 billion.
In the big picture, May 2021 was still one of Exness’ best ever months. By way of comparison, Exness averaged $565 billion in monthly volumes during 2020, and $336 billion in 2019.
Despite the (slight) slowdown as compared to April, Exness still reported a record number of active clients during May, 207,150 versus April’s 195,069, as Exness continues to be one of the main worldwide beneficiaries of increased interest in financial trading by retail investors.
Exness has its client volumes, client withdrawal figures and agent commissions paid audited each quarter by Deloitte.
