Four of Plus500 co-founders no longer PDMRs
CFDs broker Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) today announces that its co-founders, Gal Haber, Omer Elazari, Shlomi Weizmann and Elad Ben Izhak, are no longer Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs).
The company adds that, in FY 2020, Alon Gonen, another of the Company’s co-founders, also ceased to be a PDMR of Plus500.
Let’s recall that, in January 2021, Plus500 announced that Gal Haber, one of Plus500’s co-founders and its former CEO, had notified the Board of his intention to step down from his executive position as a Managing Director and from his position as a Director of the Board.
Back then, Plus500 said that Mr Haber would continue to provide consultancy services to Plus500 in the future. Mr Haber has nearly 18 years’ experience in software programming and business development. He is one of the Founders of Plus500. Before taking the position of Managing Director of Plus500, he was Chief Executive Officer.
Plus500’s update regarding PDMRs says:
