FNG has learned that longtime IG Group (LON:IGG) executive Paul Stevens has joined futures focused online brokerage and platform firm NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader is a unit of Kraken parent company Payward.

Paul Stevens had spent the past 17 years at IG in London, before leaving earlier this year, as was exclusively reported at the time here at FNG. He began his career at IG as a Sales Trader in 2009, and for the past six years served as Head of Emerging Markets at IG, with full P&L responsibility for high-growth Emerging Markets. Paul will continue his international remit at his new employer, with the title of Regional Director RoW at NinjaTrader.

Paul Stevens is the second senior (ex) IG executive focused on international business to join NinjaTrader this year, following Chris Tripp, who joined NinjaTrader as General Manager International early in 2026. Chris was previously Commercial Director and Head of Trading Products at IG.
