Blueberry hires Ghaith Alghatas as Head of Partners MENA
Australia based Retail FX and CFDs broker Blueberry has made its second senior hire focusing on expansion in the MENA region this month, adding Ghaith Alghatas as Head of Partners MENA.
Ghaith Alghatas, who works out of Cyprus, joins Blueberry (formerly known as Blueberry Markets) after spending the past year with Pepperstone, as Senior Partners Manager. Prior to Pepperstone, Ghaith worked for three years at IC Markets in its Partners department. Ghaith has also previously worked at SquaredFinancial, Windsor Brokers, LCG, q8trade partners, FxPro, and Alvexo, in nearly a decade spent in the FX and CFDs sector.
We had reported earlier in February that Blueberry hired Dubai based executive Magdy Mohamed as Head of Marketing MENA.
Blueberry was founded in 2016, and is controlled and run by Founder and CEO Dean Hyde, who had previously worked at leading Australia based broker Axi. The Blueberry brand operates an ASIC-licensed business in Australia at website au.blueberrymarkets.com, as well as an offshore Vanuatu domiciled unit at blueberrymarkets.com.
