CySEC withdraws license of Fibo Markets
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced the withdrawal of the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) authorisation of Fibo Markets Ltd.
The decision, made at the CySEC meeting held on August 25, 2025, is in accordance with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05.
The regulator notes the Fibo Markets’ decision to expressly renounce its CIF license.
Fibo Markets operates via a set of approved domains, including: www.fibogroup.eu; www.fibomarkets.eu; www.fibomarkets.com; www.fibo-promo.com. Some of them were not accessible as of the date of publication of this article. Only one could be opened and displayed the following message:

This decision has been made in accordance with Section 24(1)(b) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 (Law 87(I)/2017) and the applicable provisions of Directive 87/05.
