ICE Futures U.S. has posted a notice of disciplinary action against Hedgepoint Schweiz AG.

On July 16, 2025, a subcommittee of the Exchange’s Business Conduct Committee (BCC) determined that on one day in January 2024, Hedgepoint Schweiz AG may have violated Exchange Rules 4.06(b)(i) and (ii) by executing multiple non-bona fide Exchange of Options for Options (“EOOs”) in the Coffee “C” options contract without the simultaneous exchange of a corresponding OTC option transaction between the counterparties to the EOOs.

Additionally, the BCC determined that Hedgepoint may have violated Exchange Rule 4.01(b) by failing to establish, administer, and enforce supervisory systems, policies, and procedures reasonably designed to achieve compliance with Exchange for Related Position requirements.

In accordance with the terms of settlement, in which Hedgepoint neither admitted nor denied the alleged rule violations, Hedgepoint agreed to pay a monetary penalty of $50,000.
