Broadridge hires JP Morgan exec Ken MacHarg as Global Head of Futures and Options Trading
Financial markets tech provider Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) has announced the appointment of Ken MacHarg as Managing Director, Global Head of Futures and Options Trading, effective June 23, further enhancing leadership for its next generation Futures and Options (F&O) platform.
Ken MacHarg joins Broadridge with deep expertise in execution and clearing of global futures and options. He will lead the commercial strategy and initiatives for Broadridge’s F&O platform, a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that provides global, order and execution management capabilities for futures commission merchants (FCMs) and agency brokers. MacHarg will be based in New York and report to Frank Troise, President of Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions.

Ken MacHarg has a proven track record of delivering innovative cutting-edge solutions for sell-side firms. He joins Broadridge from J.P. Morgan Securities, where he worked for the past 15 years serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Futures Execution Product and Head of North America Futures and Derivative Clearing. He has also held various senior-level positions at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers.
