CMC Markets appoints Susanne Chishti as its Non-Exec Director for Workforce Engagement
CMC Markets Plc (LON:CMCX), a major provider of online trading and institutional technology solutions, announces that following recommendation by the Nomination Committee and approval from the Board, Susanne Chishti will be appointed as its Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement, effective immediately.
Susanne Chisti joined the Board of Directors of CMC Markets in June 2022.
Susanne Chisti is currently Chief Executive Officer of FINTECH Circle and is also a non-executive director of Crown Agents Bank Limited, JLG Group PLC and LenderWize Limited.
Previously she has held non-executive roles at Supply Me Capital PLC, SafeCharge International Group Limited and Kompli Global Limited. Susanne has also held various roles with Deutsche Bank, Lloyd’s Banking Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Accenture.
