Cornerstone FS plc (LON:CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that, Gareth Edwards, Non-Executive Director, has notified the company that he had purchased 81,967 ordinary shares of 1 penny each at a price of 18p per Ordinary Share on 15 March 2022.

Following this purchase, he now holds 471,688 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.00% of the current Issued Share Capital of Cornerstone FS.

Last week, Mr Edwards purchased 24,033 ordinary shares in Cornerstone FS at a price of 16.9p per Ordinary Share.

Gareth Edwards is a qualified solicitor and was previously a partner at law firm Pinsent Masons LLP, where he held both the positions of Global Head of Corporate and International Development Partner. He is currently a strategic consultant and an Executive Director of London Bridge Capital Limited, an FCA authorised corporate finance boutique.

He has significant public markets experience and is Chairman of Honye Financial Services Limited and Senior Independent Director of Alina Holdings plc (previously known as The Local Shopping REIT plc) and Anemoi International Limited, which are all quoted on the London Stock Exchange; and he also brings significant AIM experience to the Board, having acted on the AIM Disciplinary and Appeals Committee until 2017 and is currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted Various Eateries plc and Chairman of Nightcap plc.
