UK financial regulator The FCA has issued a warning regarding website investinghub.co.uk, which is the trading name of a company called Ambershaw Limited.

The FCA stated that it believes that Ambershaw / investinghub.co.uk, based upon information the FCA holds, is carrying on regulated activities which require authorisation. This firm is not authorised by the FCA and is targeting people in the UK.

investinghub.co,uk is a website which appears to offer investment advice using the brand Investing Hub. It uses phrases such as “We will connect you to the right investment vehicle,” offering sophisticated and HNW individuals access to high-yielding and tax-efficient projects both in the UK and Europe.

Ambershaw was indeed a registered company in the UK (although not licensed by the FCA). UK government records show that the company was dissolved as of April 2019. At the time of its dissolution, the company was controlled by Richard Anthony Miles, with his wife Claire Miles also listed as a director.
