Devexa launches wealth management customer support capabilities
Devexa, the AI-powered virtual assistant and chatbot from global software developer for the capital markets industry, Devexperts, has launched a series of wealth management support features, designed to enhance wealth managers’ customer support offering.
The new features, which are readily available out-of-the-box via the Devexa widget, include historical performance charts, asset allocation views, and market value tracking, all with flexible time filtering.
Devexa, which provides Knowledge Base Automation, AI re-write, and natural language responsiveness functionalities, can be integrated within any digital user interface, including websites, landing pages, apps, or customer portals. Its integration capabilities include communication channels such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger, meaning that information can be accessed from within these platforms.
The visual reports now available to wealth management clients via Devexa can be requested directly from the client’s chat and received in real time. These include the client’s portfolio valuation, their portfolio breakdown by asset class, and gains / losses summaries for a given period of time.
With its ease of integration, Devexa can readily complement existing wealth management systems for optimized customer experience and support.
