B2Broker, a leading liquidity and technology provider of solutions to the forex and crypto industry, has announced a range of updates and enhancements to B2Core. The unveiled B2Core earlier this year and was a major overhaul of its client cabinet solution, previously known as Trader’s Room.

Unique Pack-Based Solution

B2Core introduced a new pack-based solution to the market, embracing a huge range of new capabilities to deliver an innovative and unique bespoke service for clients. The result consolidated all previous aspects of Traders room, including clients area and enhanced the company’s existing SaaS solution with superior functionality to handle a broader and more customised range of demands.

B2Core includes basic tasks such as organising the work of forex brokers and crypto exchanges, back office for employees and administrators, front-end for traders, verification and registration of customers and a huge range of payment functions. It has become the leading choice of many professional businesses including FX and crypto brokers, converters, spot and margin exchanges, EMIs and crypto wallets, adding an extra dimension to other typical Trader’s Room solutions.

Its newly added features cover many aspects within the system including security, helpdesk features and extra whitelist capabilities which are listed below.

Anti-Fraud Upgrade

The Anti-Fraud section in the B2Core admin panel has been upgraded to include more functionality. These include the addition of comments fields to the white list exclusion table and status change form, for example, and enhancements to some of the notification procedures, such as date and time of event details, sort and filter-reset buttons.

Additionally, we have developed two Dealing B2Trader alerts known as Excessive Trades and Arbitrage Triangle. After the client requests submission, the system will communicate with B2Trader either for Excessive Trades of the client or Arbitrage Triangle presence, triggering an alert after we receive anything back. The alerts variables are fully customizable on the admin panel and are applicable for all B2Core owners with B2Trader platform.

Banner System

We have introduced a Banner system which will enable admins to place banners on any webpage of their B2Core. This will provide B2Core owners with the ability to place multiple banners and configure content directly from the admin panel including translations, redirect links and button presence.

Detailed Information Tab

B2Broker has developed a Detailed Information Tab for the trading accounts page. This will now enable admins to develop and add content such as swaps, commissions, etc, in the admin panel for the specific trading account and the end-user will be able to read everything out. This helps brokers improve transparency as is applicable to all B2Core owners with MT4/5.

Blocked Actions

We have developed a Blocked Actions function for clients in the admin panel. Currently, these are assigned for Verification Levels, but the rights for these particular users can also now be personalised. This aspect is directly connected to Verification Levels, so all changes will be carried out in accordance. This function is applicable for all B2Core owners.

PAMM IB System

We have further developed our PAMM IB System so that information relating to investment accounts can be gathered in the form of a report, and rebates granted based on this information. All trading taking place on the PAMM platform can now therefore be rebated with the B2Core IB Module.

This module is available to all B2Core owners with the PAMM system.

Notification System

We have developed a Notification System enabling users to create fully customizable notifications in the admin panel. These can be either “required to read” or “optional to read” and can be seen by the end-user after logging into B2Core. Clients will be able to check the notifications via the “Bell” on the front-end in every page, including Adv UI.

This new feature simplifies the connection between the B2Core owner and B2Core end-users. Admins can now create a notification at any time, send it to a client they want to target and customize the notification content at any time.

This feature is applicable to all B2Core owners.

IP Whitelist

We have developed an IP whitelist for deposit/payout methods configuration. Now B2Core owners can secure payments by indicating only certain permitted addresses for callbacks. This is applicable to all B2Core owners.

Helpdesk

Finally, B2Broker has developed new functionality that allows multiple support operators from a single company to see each other’s tickets in order to be on the same page. All that is needed is a small configuration on the SupportPal side and the person working for the company called “Levels” will be able to see his colleagues tickets from the same company “Levels”. This function is applicable to all B2Core owners with Helpdesk.

Helpdesk ticket cards have also been redesigned so that users can have a better intuitive understanding of the data layout on the front-end. This function is applicable to all B2Core owners with Helpdesk.

This selection of new features enhances B2Core’s capabilities, offering users a multifunctional solution for maximum user satisfaction and control over their financial business operations.
