Revolut sets Paris for EU headquarters with €1 billion France investment planned
London based neobank giant Revolut, fresh off reporting strong results for 2024, has announced that the company has chosen Paris as its new Western Europe headquarters. The company said that this will allow it to better serve its growing markets in France, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
The company’s dual-hub model will continue to see Lithuania as Revolut’s key base for Eastern Europe.
Revolut said that it is backing this new commitment with:
- An investment of over €1 billion in France over the next three years — the largest investment in the French financial sector in a decade.
- The creation of over 200 jobs
- A French banking license application
Revolut Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, Antoine Le Nel, explained the company’s plans in more detail in a social media post.
