Poland based Retail FX and CFDs broker XTB (WSE:XTB) has announced that the company has hired longtime OANDA executive Bartosz Osiński as a Member of the Management Board for Risk.

Bartosz Osiński will become responsible for overseeing the risk management system at XTB.

Bartosz Osiński, who is based in Warsaw, joins XTB after spending the past 11 years at Polish broker TMS. TMS was acquired by OANDA in 2021, and since then Bartosz has served as a Member of the Management Board and Head of Financial Risk for TMS OANDA. OANDA itself was acquired earlier this year by Czech based retail prop trading firm FTMO.

Prior to joining TMS / OANDA, Bartosz Osiński was a Specialist at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, in its Licensing and Functional Supervision Department.
