IronFX BizDev head Lampros Savva departs
Beginning what we expect to be a fairly busy post New Year’s season of senior executive moves in the FX and CFDs sector, FNG has learned that longtime IronFX executive Lampros Savva has left the company.
Lampros Savva had been with IronFX for more than nine years, joining in 2016 in customer support before several promotions led him to become Head of Sales and Customer Support, and later Head Of Business Development – a role he filled for the last four years – for the Cyprus based online broker.
Lampros posted the following note on social media regarding his departure from IronFX.
After 9 and a half years at IronFX, I have reached the end of a defining chapter and now looking ahead.
I joined IronFX with zero experience — only with determination and a willingness to learn.
The journey was far from easy: long hours, tough decisions, setbacks, and moments of doubt. Every challenge became a lesson, and every lesson shaped who I am today.
From Customer Support Officer to Head of Global Sales and Development, I learned that leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about responsibility, consistency, and growing alongside people across different cultures, teams, and markets.
I leave IronFX with genuine gratitude for the opportunities, lessons, and memories that helped shape my mindset, resilience, and approach to challenges on a global scale.
After 10 years without taking Christmas holidays, I’m especially looking forward to spending this season with my family 🎄 — a meaningful pause before what comes next.
I move forward, being focused and ready, with clarity, confidence, and perspective earned through experience — at peace with whatever comes next.
As the wise Chinese farmer said: “Good news, bad news… who knows?”
