She has held a number of non-executive positions including as a Board member of Dairy Crest Group plc, Polypipe Group plc, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (chairing its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee) and Cranfield University. Both Andrea and Moni will seek election by Hargreaves shareholders at the company’s upcoming AGM on 8 October 2020.
Deanna Oppenheimer, Chair of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, said:
“I’m delighted to welcome both Andrea and Moni to the Group Board. Both bring exceptional experience at executive and non-executive director level and will continue to strengthen the skills and diversity of the Group Board. These appointments reinforce the Group Board’s focus on strong governance and continue to increase the depth of succession planning in place.”
