FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that London and Bulgaria based online broker Trading 212 has hired Darren Dale, as its new Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Darren Dale joins Trading 212 from ADSS, where he was Head of Compliance & MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) for the past four years. He has also worked previously at FXCM and at City Credit Capital.

Trading 212 has made a number of significant senior hires over the past 18 months in totally reworking its management C-suite, which began with the hiring of CEO Mukid Chowdhury from Tickmill in May 2021, as was also exclusively reported at the time here at FNG. Other recent hires at Trading 212 include COO George Mantilas, and CFO Philip Parsons.

Trading 212 is controlled by Bulgarian entrepreneurs Borislav Nedialkov and Ivan Ashminov.
