FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Roula Panagiotou, Head of Compliance at Pepperstone for its CySEC licensed Pepperstone EU Limited operation in Cyprus, has left the company.

Roula Panagiotou had been with Pepperstone since 2021, joining the company from Tickmill where she was Partnerships Account Manager. Roula has also previously worked as Affiliate Manager at XM.com.

Australia based Pepperstone is managed from world headquarters in Melbourne, led by CEO Tamas Szabo, and operates licensed subsidiaries around the globe. The company is privately owned by its senior management team and various investors.

Roula posted the following note on social media regarding her departure from Pepperstone.

After an incredible journey at Pepperstone, it’s time for me to turn the page and take on a new challenge.

Working here has been an amazing experience — I’ve had the chance to grow both personally and professionally, collaborate with talented colleagues, and be part of projects that truly made an impact. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has supported, challenged, and inspired me along the way.

As I move forward to my next adventure, I carry with me the lessons, memories, and friendships built here. Change is never easy, but it’s what keeps us learning and evolving.
