FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime Panda Trading Systems (and CFDs industry) executive Or Gold has left the company, to co-found a new AI startup called Coldi.

Or Gold had been with Panda since 2020. With the title Head of Commercial Operations at Panda, Or oversaw much of the marketing and business development activities at the CFD broker technology provider, and also represented Panda at many industry conferences and events.

We had reported last year that Panda Trading Systems was in a sort of corporate limbo, facing a forced sale ordered by the courts in Israel after a longstanding dispute between Panda co-founders and co-owners Maor Lahav and Shmuel Gutman was deemed insolvable.

Or’s AI startup Coldi (website coldi.ai) is an AI voice agent platform, established to help SMEs deploy autonomous, human-sounding voice agents that handle inbound and outbound calls, with zero latency and natural flow. His co-founder at Coldi, Ilia Ronin, previously worked with Or in the online trading space at trader education company Tradenet, and at online broker Colmex.
