FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Monecor (London) Limited has added experienced risk management executive Maria Turner to its Board, as a Non-Executive Director.

Maria Turner has spent more than 25 years working for leading banking and financial institutions in a variety of senior risk management roles, including at Mizuho, Banco Santander, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, RaboBank, UBS, and Baring Brother. Most recently, from 2014-2018, she was Head of Market, Liquidity and Counterparty Credit Risk – Chief Market Risk Officer at Nordea Bank in Copenhagen. She also serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited.

Monecor (London) Limited is the FCA licensed operator of the OvalX online trading brand. OvalX, which recently rebranded from ETX Capital, was acquired by Swiss fintech investor Guru Capital SA in 2020.
