Exclusive: Cboe hires Fenix FX exec Ben Gough as Global Head of FX Liquidity Management
FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that financial exchange operator Cboe Global Markets (BATS:CBOE) has hired experienced FX industry veteran Ben Gough as Global Head of FX Liquidity Management. Ben’s hiring marks the first major management move made by newly installed Cboe CEO Craig Donohue, in one of Cboe’s most important product areas.
Ben Gough, who is based in London, joins Cboe after spending the past four years at foreign exchange liquidity provider Fenics FX in Sales and Liquidity Management. He joined Fenics FX in 2021 following 14 years at UBS in Zurich, New York and London, ending his tenure at UBS as Head of E-Trading Strategic Growth, responsible for managing all UBS ECN FX relationships globally.
