FNG has learned that a leadership change is underway at Cyprus based Retail FX and CFDs broker easyMarkets, marking the first major C-Suite leadership changes at the company in about a decade.

easyMarkets’ longtime CEO, Nikos Antoniades, will be leaving his position after more than 18 years at the company, including the past 11 years as CEO of easyMarkets. Replacing Nikos as CEO is easyMarkets’ longtime CFO and Compliance Officer, Koula Lamprou. Koula joined easyMarkets in 2009 as Senior VP of Finance. In 2016 Koula was named Compliance Officer, also serving as the company’s CFO.

Garen Meserlian, a relative newcomer to easyMarkets who joined in 2023 in Dubai as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) replacing longtime CMO Ohad Golan, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

easyMarkets operates licensed entities in Cyprus, Australia, South Africa, Seychelles, and the British Virgin Islands.
