FNG has learned that Australia based Retail FX and CFDs broker Blueberry has hired experienced industry executive Magdy Mohamed, as Head of Marketing MENA.

Magdy Mohamed, who is based in Dubai, joins Blueberry after spending the past two years as Marketing Manager MENA for VT Markets. He has also previously worked at OnePro, PU Prime, and GTCpros, in similar MENA region marketing related roles.

We’d note that last year Blueberry hired Prospa / William Hill alum Nadav Linden to head Marketing globally, out of the company’s Sydney headquarters.

Blueberry was founded in 2016, and is controlled and run by Founder and CEO Dean Hyde, who had previously worked at leading Australia based broker Axi. The Blueberry brand operates an ASIC-licensed business in Australia at website au.blueberrymarkets.com, as well as an offshore Vanuatu domiciled unit at blueberrymarkets.com.
