Anargyros Garyfalos promoted to Co-CIO at XM.com

Anargyros “Gary” Garyfalos has announced that he has been promoted to the position of Co-CIO at CySEC licensed Retail FX and CFDs broker XM.com.

Gary Garyfalos has been with XM since 2017, based in Athens, Greece, acting as the company’s Head Of Software Development. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JP Morgan in a variety of tech related roles. At Goldman, where he worked from 2010-2014 and then again from 2015-2016 he was responsible for e-Dealing Options pricing platform.

Mr. Garyfalos posted the following note today on social media regarding his promotion:

I’m happy to share that I am starting a new position as Co-CIO at XM.

In this new capacity, there is nobody else I would rather have by my side than Vasilis Hadjisophocle. Together we aim to support our extended family; a global 300+ strong IT team. May the force be with us!
