FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker TIOmarkets has hired Cyprus based executive Andreas Skianis, as the company’s new Global Head of Partners.

Andreas Skianis had been out of “the industry” for a couple of years, but was most recently (2022-2023) Head of Partners at IC Markets. He had also held several senior business development related roles at IronFX, M4Markets, and HotForex (now HFM).

The hiring marks the second senior executive to come on board to TIOmarkets in just the first few weeks of 2025. We had reported exclusively earlier this month that Nick Jay was joining TIOmarkets, as COO.

TIOmarkets operates an onshore FCA regulated business (at website tiomarkets.uk) and CySEC licensed TioMarkets CY Ltd (tiomarkets.eu), as well as an offshore unit based in Mwali (tiomarkets.com). The company is run by Cyprus based Group CEO Stefanos Mitsi. TIOmarkets is controlled by Malaysian businessman Manmohan Singh Balbir Singh, who also owns Cyprus based Retail FX broker FXPrimus.
