FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that FCA regulated FX-focused broker-dealer Swiss Finance Corporation has hired Ben Robson as its new Head of Institutional E-FX.

Ben Robson joins Swiss Finance from Singapore based brokerage firm CGS-CIMB Securities, where he was Head of Institutional FX EMEA. Mr. Robson was one of several executives brought in to CGS-CIMB in 2021, to help CGS-CIMB launch a London based institutional FX operation, as was also exclusively reported at the time here at FNG.

Prior to joining CGS-CIMB Mr. Robson was Head of Leveraged FX (London) for Kuala Lumpur based broker Maybank Kim Eng (2020-2021); Director-International Business Development for Xenfin Capital (2019-2020); CEO Middle East and Managing Director Singapore for Fixi plc (2011-2015); and Head of FX Asia Pacific at MF Global (2006-2011).

Swiss Finance Corporation is controlled by Swiss entrepreneur Marc Degani.
