SEC still unable to locate founder of BitConnect

The SEC does not know for sure whether the founder of crypto lending platform BitConnect is in India or not.

John Louis Anthony Bigatton is charged with one count of providing unlicensed financial services on behalf of another person.

Mr Bigatton was the Australian National Representative of an online cryptocurrency platform known as BitConnect.
